BEHIND THE CLIP
The idea of the clip raised first when I listen the song for the first time. This is not original, most of the videos I make have this starting point. This time I was also impressed by the lyrics. Well it is a love song, but in addition to a succession of nice love words, the song describes an atmosphere. And the following sentence was the real starting point:
It's a quarter after one, I'm a little drunk and I need you now.
So I decide to focus on this and gathered movie clips and pictures about drinks, glasses, flow and bottle of alcohol... to restitute this mood one can feel late in the night , a glass of whiskey in his hand and the beloved person in his mind..
Then I found some interesting clips on liquid splashes, in glasses explosion, so I decided to use them as an animated background of the movie. The liquid I selected are close to wine or whiskey to be in line with the mood of the lyrics.
For the pictures of the men I wanted them in black and white, but with a colored background to create a contrast. The reality (like the clock or the bar) is in color, but the missing love is in the mist of the mind in b&w... haha, this was my idea...
I find some sexy and attractive pictures of Marlon Teixeira, Arthur Sales and some other less know models.
MY FRIEND KUSH
I decided to dedicate this video to Kush, a dear friend of mine on YouTube. I am an early friend of him, and we have shared a lot of things about editing videos but even more on their content ... and also life ^_^.
He is a nice Indian guy very sensitive and with an great sense of aesthetic, his images are always stunning and enhance the beauty of our nature and men. He is also a very creative guy, so I thought that it was the right person to have the dedication of this video of mine which I consider as the most creative and experimental of all the ones I have done.
