For this 5th and last episode, I will post two videos which have disappeared due to the censorship of YouTube. They represent probably the opposite styles of my editing, one with a fast pace adapted to the disco or floor dance music and one more calm and a little bit romantic following the mood of classical music.
BAD ROMANCE with LADY GAGA
The video is based on the hit “Bad Roamnce” by Lady Gaga, featuring hot and sexy men. Among the models who are included in the video montage, there famous ones like Arthur Sales considered as a rising star in the men’s fashion industry, Sean O’Pry who is a confirmed model is also appearing.
Lady Gaga is said to be gay friendly and had several opportunities to demonstrate her tolerance to people claiming same sexe preference.

GATE TO HEAVEN with VIVALDI
And comes the last videos of the Series, again I have selected some hot men to celebrate the man beauty. Here the atmosphere is certainly darker, but the sweetness of the boys creates the perfect feeling for a bromance, the brothers romance....
The music is from heaven, at least I believe! The classical tune I propose to illustrate the romance is Nisi Dominus from Antonio Vivaldi, and you will probably be surprised if I tell you that the voice, the beautiful voice is the one of James Bowman, a male singer. His voice is awesome and bring us out of this world, by flying so high...

BEHIND THE VIDEO
I had already uploaded two videos using a soundtrack from the British Band Muse.
The first one was to illustrate the Urban Life seen from a gay point of view with the song Undisclosed Desires (the video is Urban Desires, Undisclosed Desires click here to see) and the second one is to illustrate a Gay Manga themed video with the song Resistance (Love is Our Resistance, click here to see it) .
David (click here to go to his page) asked me to illustrate a song of Muse he particularly like Uprising, this was a very good suggestion as it was in my list of possible video, as Muse is definitively one of my favorite bands.
As you can read below Uprising was made to celebrate a fight against the establishment during the London G20 summit. I found out that the wording could also apply to fight against homophobia and to defend certain gay rights not yet recognized.

MUSE: A SUCCESSFUL BRITISH BAND
The 3 members of Muse (Click on pic. to see actual size)
Muse are an English Alternative rock band from Teignmouth, Devon.
Since their inception in 1994, the band has comprised of Matthew Bellamy (lead vocals, guitar, piano), Christopher Wolstenholme (bass guitar, backing vocals, keyboards), and Dominic Howard (drums, percussion, synthesizers).
The name "Muse" was inspired by Matt Bellamy's art teacher. The art teacher Samuel Theoun mentioned the word "Muses". Matt then looked it up in the dictionary and decided to shorten it to "Muse." Also, because it was short and the members felt it looked good on a poster.
After the release of the album Black Holes and Revelations, Morgan Nicholls (keyboards, percussion, bass guitar) has performed live with the band.

BEHIND THE SONG UPRISING
2008 G20 Summit in London- Police ready to face the protest. (Click on pic. to see actual size)
Muse have revealed exclusively to MTV News the meaning behind their latest single Uprising.
Lead singer Matt Bellamy explained: “The lead single, ‘Uprising’, was kind of inspired by the G20 protests which took place last year. I was in London at the time and I saw it all going on outside where I live.”
He added: “I sort of found that whole protest quite inspiring really; just the idea that people just having a good time, putting together a peaceful protest but the police still do their best to make it become violent and I find that quite aggravating. So, that’s what the song’s about.”

The Muse front-man went on to explain further: “There was a whole economic crisis and the MP scandal which took place last year where everyone felt like they were being ripped off by the powers that be.” “I sort of wanted to write a song that summed up that feeling like you’ve been done over by people you’re supposed to trust. That’s kind of where the song’s coming from really.”
The band, who are currently sitting pretty at the top of the UK album chart with new LP, The Resistance also shed some light on what we can expect from their fifth studio album.

LYRICS OF UPRISING
The paranoia is in bloom, the PR The transmissions will resume They'll try to push drugs Keep us all dumbed down and hope that We will never see the truth around
(So come on!)
Another promise, another scene, another A package not to keep us trapped in greed With all the green belts wrapped around our minds And endless red tape to keep the truth confined
(So come on!)
They will not force us They will stop degrading us They will not control us We will be victorious
Interchanging mind control Come let the revolution take its toll if you could Flick the switch and open your third eye, you'd see that We should never be afraid to die
(So come on!)
Rise up and take the power back, it's time that The fat cats had a heart attack, you know that Their time is coming to an end We have to unify and watch our flag ascend
They will not force us They will stop degrading us They will not control us We will be victorious
Hey .. hey ... hey .. hey!
They will not force us They will stop degrading us They will not control us We will be victorious
Hey .. hey ... hey .. hey!
ALEJANDRO BY KLEIN: THE LADY GAGA ARMY
A shot from the clip Alejandro by Klein, with Lady Gaga and the dancers in black undies. (Click on pic. to see actual size)
The background of my clip is using extensively the very popular video made by Klein on the Lady Gaga hit Alejandro. I found the video well suited as it also includes some scenes with uprising and an army of soldiers which come be seen as a liberation force.
In addition we all know that Lady Gaga is the most popular artist among Gay community and could be considered as a Gay Icon.
